WiseAI Agency — YouTube channel

Separate channel from @SermonPrepDesk and any ChurchWiseAI channel — the audience is local service-business owners, not pastors. YouTube clusters audiences at the channel level, so keep them apart. Owned under churchwiseai@gmail.com as a Brand Account (Settings → "Add or manage your channel(s)" → "Create a channel").

1. Identity​

  • Name: WiseAI Agency
  • Handle (first available): @WiseAIAgency → @WiseAIAgencyHQ → @GetWiseAI
  • Brand source of truth: churchwiseai-web/src/lib/brands/wiseaiagency.ts — graphite #0F172A + indigo #6366F1, IBM Plex Serif (display) + Inter (body), "Vercel/Linear/Basecamp" mood. Voice: confident not hype, "a pastor in a server room," founder-forward.

2. Description (About — paste)​

WiseAI Agency builds AI agents for service businesses — so you never miss a call, a lead, or a review again.

Our AI answers your phone day and night, captures the details, and routes urgent jobs to your team. It recovers the leads you'd otherwise lose, and it keeps your reviews coming in. You stay focused on the work; the AI handles the front desk.

Built by John Moelker, a software engineer (15 years) and pastor (15 years). One technology platform, customized per industry.

3. Channel keywords (Settings → Channel → Basic info)​

4. Branding assets (this folder → channel-assets/)​

Built from the brand palette via headless Chrome; HTML sources alongside the PNGs for re-rendering.

  • Avatar wa-avatar.png — 800×800, "WA" monogram. Upload at Customize → Branding → Picture.
  • Banner wa-banner.png — 2560×1440, text kept in the centered TV/mobile safe area. Branding → Banner image.
  • Watermark wa-watermark.png — 150×150 transparent, white "WA". Branding → Video watermark → "Entire video".
  • Swap for a commissioned logo later; these are on-brand starters.

5. Trailer + content​

  • Channel trailer (non-subscribers): the WiseAI Agency hero ("Never Miss Another Call"), in C:\Users\johnm\Videos\WiseAIAgency\02-exports. Set once the channel exists.
  • Future content: AI Front Desk demos, the WA cold-outreach clips (generic / plumber-HVAC / funeral), vertical demos, short educational clips for local-business owners.
  • Cross-link @SermonPrepDesk / ChurchWiseAI in About → featured channels (optional).

6. Note on existing agency videos​

The WA hero + ChurchWiseAI/agency warm-lead lower-thirds rendered 2026-06-13 used sky-blue #38BDF8 (a pre-brand-check guess). The correct agency accent is indigo #6366F1 — used for all assets here and corrected in the /lead-video skill registry. Re-render those with indigo if/when convenient; not urgent.
