WiseAI Realtor System - Background Context
Product Thesis
WiseAI Agency, a division of ChurchWiseAI LTD, should build a Canadian-first AI real estate platform that is more than a REALTOR website. The strongest positioning is:
An AI front office for modern REALTORS.
The system should combine premium real estate websites, DDF/IDX-style listing display, expert real estate chat, AI voice lead capture, QR sign lead flows, multilingual content, and workflow tools into one branded experience for solo agents, teams, and brokerages.
Current Assets
- Multi-vertical Pro website platform.
- Multi-vertical leads dashboard.
- Trained AI chat agents.
- Trained AI voice agents.
- QR code lead capture.
- AI workflow tools for business operations and content.
The next step is to turn these horizontal assets into a purpose-built REALTOR product.
Target Markets
Phase 1: Canada
Primary focus should be Canadian REALTORS, teams, and brokerages. Canadian-first matters because the product must account for CREA/DDF, REALTOR.ca expectations, Canadian privacy and consent rules, provincial advertising rules, and local multilingual markets.
Phase 2: United States
US expansion should happen after the Canadian product model is stable. It will require MLS/IDX variability, state-level compliance differences, and US-specific CRM/lead ecosystem support.
Ideal Customers
- Solo REALTORS who want a premium website and AI front office without managing many tools.
- REALTOR teams that need lead routing, language routing, follow-up, and content production.
- Boutique brokerages that want modern technology credibility without enterprise bloat.
- Brokerages serving multilingual communities.
Core Moats
1. Expert Real Estate Chat Agent
The chatbot should behave like a trained real estate assistant, not a generic FAQ bot. It should handle:
- Buyer questions.
- Seller questions.
- Listing inquiries.
- Showing requests.
- Open house follow-up.
- Neighbourhood questions.
- Seller valuation intake.
- Lead qualification.
- Human handoff.
2. AI Voice Agent
The voice agent should be positioned as an AI receptionist and lead qualifier for real estate.
Current voice architecture direction:
- Premium main line: English, Spanish, and French using high-quality low-latency providers such as Deepgram/Cartesia where supported.
- Dedicated language lines: Punjabi, Urdu, Mandarin, Hindi, and other languages using broader-coverage STT/TTS providers such as Google when premium latency/voice quality is not available.
This should be packaged intentionally:
- Premium Voice Line: best latency and voice quality for English, Spanish, and French.
- Community Language Lines: dedicated numbers or routing for Punjabi, Urdu, Mandarin, and other markets where language access is more important than ultra-premium voice realism.
3. Multilingual Local Authority Engine
This is a major moat.
The product should help REALTORS own their farm area in the languages local buyers and sellers actually speak. It should generate and manage blogs, guides, FAQs, newsletters, landing pages, social posts, and chatbot/voice knowledge in the top languages for each area.
Examples:
- English + Punjabi + Urdu.
- English + French + Spanish.
- English + Mandarin + Cantonese.
- English + Hindi + Punjabi.
- English + Arabic + French.
The product should eventually recommend the top local languages by city, neighbourhood, postal code, or farm area.
4. QR Sign Lead Capture
Yard signs, open house signs, feature sheets, and direct mail should feed into tracked landing pages and AI conversations.
Lead records should capture:
- Sign/listing source.
- QR campaign.
- Language preference.
- Buyer/seller intent.
- Conversation summary.
- Urgency.
- Follow-up action.
5. AI Workflow Studio
REALTORS need help producing and repurposing content:
- MLS-style listing descriptions.
- Blogs.
- Newsletters.
- Social posts.
- Buyer guides.
- Seller guides.
- Neighbourhood pages.
- Open house follow-up.
- Market updates.
- Bilingual/multilingual versions.
The content system should feel like a real estate operating tool, not a generic AI text box.
